   HELP!! i erased a whole year's worth of pictures by trying to download more pictures on a disc. i want them back!! is there any way of retrieving them from the disc or from my memory card?? :cry

   What type of disk? is this hard disk drive or CD/DVD disks?
   
   
   You could try these to recover from:
   
   
   Memory Card
   PC INSPECTOR smart recovery
   UndeleteMyFiles
   
   Hard Drive & Memory Card
   Recuva - File Recovery
   Avira UnErase
   
   
   Word of warning as the more times you write new data to either the hard drive or the memory card the less likely you are going to recover the pictures, as new data will over write the deleted.
   
   But hope you get at least some of your pictures back.
