Date and Time Keeps Changing

Hello,
My mom's laptop had some viruses on it. She wasn't able to get on the internet, the date and time keeps changing back to 2010, it was slow and freezes. So I restored the laptop to the original factory condition. I think most of the viruses are gone, but I noticed the date and time were still changing. Also it doesn't detect a battery. I ran all the scans and attached the logs. Any help is appreciated.

You need to uninstall one of these immediately.

Avast Free Antivirus

Norton Internet Security

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

04 - .DEFAULT User Startup: Best Buy pc app.lnk = C:\ProgramData\Best Buy pc app\ClickOnceSetup.exe (User 'Default user')

O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present

After clicking Fix exit HJT.

Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista, Windows7 or Win8) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.
