De-activating Tab+Enter = Send shortcut

    Am using Win7 32bit, IE9 and Gmail. Have arthritic hands so typing is difficult. On an azerty keyboard I keep mis-typing 'A' and sending incomplete emails. I have deactivated the Gmail shortcuts but that has not stopped the Tab+Enter=Send shortcut. Is this a Win7 or an IE8/9 shortcut?

    As other standard Windows shortcuts are useful, how can I deactivate or remove only this specific Tab+Enter shortcut?
