Dead DVD-RW No Power

Bought new Toshiba Satellite and only 1 month old CD-DVD player Burner was fine and all sudden quit working as no power to it.Did I shut it down or do something somewhere to loose power:cry

You will need to open up the PC and check that the power lead hasn't become loose or disconnected in the first instance. You could also try a different power connector as there are generally a few spare inside the PC.

But in any case if it is broken and it is only a month old you should be able to get a replacement from where you bought it.
