This sounds more like a hard drive problem, not malware.
I am going to move this to the hardware section.:)

Tell us exactly what is happening:
Can you get into windows at all?
Or is it just doing a startup loop?
Do you have your windows install disc?
What does the BSOD report -> what is the error code?
Can you get into safe mode?

I will go to windows some times it will be fine and then it can go to the blue screen say it will do a disc check and then always comes back with an error on fats 32

    You didn't answer these:
Open My computer / right click the C drive / properties / tools / error checking -> check both boxes and exit out ...restart your computer ...watch as it does the report and note any errors - as in bad sectors.

    Tell me what happens.

If you ran the error checking and got a report indicating that a sector is bad ...it would indicate a failing hard drive. That sector would probably be "segregated" so that nothing would be written to it (as well as nothing will be retrieved from it also!).
Fat 32 is not as stable as NTFS ....which we can easily convert you to ....but I will caution you that you may have troubles in the future if the hard drive is failing.

Or you could buy a new hard drive, if this proves to be the problem. You would have to reinstall your Windows so prepare for that. Here is one free tool that will maybe help in checking your drive, ed
