DeFogger : Windows 8.1

    I need to do the Run & Read Me First. Having a few problems need to rectify. So I went to Bleeping Computer to download DeFogger. It doesn't say that it supports Windows 8 or 8.1. So, how do I turn off CD Emulation Software so I can Do the Run & Read Me First?
    Running Windows 8.1
    64 Bit system

    Please proceed with running the READ & RUN ME FIRST guide. I haven't found that Defogger doesn't support Win 8/8.1.
