Defrag Page File!!

Hi!! Never sure where to start threads like this. I guess it will be moved if this isn't the right place.
I was having a Windows up date problem. I uninstalled all .Net Framework, and that seems to have solved my problem. I hadn't defraged my HD in a long time, so I defraged it. I use a defrager by Piriform. After it completed, it still showed a lot of fragmented files. They were page files. I have a program for that by Sysintmals. After defraging my page files, I'm now showing 0 fragmented files and my PC seems to be responding better. I also used NTREGOHPPT to defrag my registry. I'm not having any problems. Never know where to start a thread like this. I'm sure most geeks are aware of all these things, but thought it might help someone. Not all members that respond and participate here are geeks:-D Maybe it will start a conversation about this all being snake oil or maybe that these things really help.:-D TimW says the lounge is dead.:zzz:zzz
