   In trying to follow your directions for malware removal I have encountered a problem. I am instructed to download malware bytes program "Mbam" and rename it to mb.exe
   I have no rename, or delete function available either under the edit menu or by right clicking. Some sort of malware has changed my computer in this manner. What can I do now?

   You don't need to rename it unless there is a problem running it when it has the original name. The same applies to all tools.
   
   Also the instructions at the beginning of the READ & RUN ME stated the below

   Thus you need to make sure that you keep going.
