You must complete step 6 of the READ & RUN ME. This should be done before doing step 7. Complete all of step 6 and attach the logs as requested for the two online scans. Then do the below!

Make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the tutorial).
Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

O16 - DPF: {33331111-1111-1111-1111-611111193429} - http://www.www2.p0rt2.com/files/_ipsec_.cab

O16 - DPF: {33331111-1131-1111-1111-611111193428} -
O16 - DPF: {33331111-1234-1111-1111-615111193427} - http://www.www2.p0rt2.com/files/epl99bd.cab
O16 - DPF: {43331111-1111-1111-1111-611111195622} - http://www.www2.p0rt2.com/files/MirarSetup-875498.cab
O21 - SSODL: SystemCheck2 - {54645654-2225-4455-44A1-9F4543D34546} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbsys2.dll

After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
Boot into safe mode and use Windows Explorer to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbsys2.dll

Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.
Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST).

Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now.

Reminder Note: Once we have determined you are malware free you will need to disable System Restore, reboot, and re-enable system restore per step 1 of the READ & RUN ME. This only applies to if using WinXP or WinMe.
