Deleting Infected Files

Following the successful run of McAfee Virus Scan in which 12 infected files were identified having Trogan Horses and cleaned by the McAfee anti-virus program, I tried to exercise the delete files option, whereupon an O/S dialog box appeared and informed me that access to the intended files is denied...I then went to their folder (C:\RESTORE\TEMP\) to attempt a direct deletion of the identified files and again was denied access to the files because they were "in use"...An example of the file address and type is: C:\RESTORE\TEMP\A0132728.CPY

Although the files have been "cleaned" according to the McAfee report, is there a reasonably simple procedure or workaround for getting these files deleted from their folder?

Download & Run CCleaner
