deleting vsmon

Hey guys, having problems with my internet, keeps getting blocked. Think this is due to zonealarm. I have uninstalled it, but in the system32 folder, there is a zonelabs folder, have managed to delete most things from it, apart from one things, vsmon.exe, it wont delete in safe more either.

 

Operating system?

Is the internet still blocked?

 

OS is windows XP.
Still gettings blocked after a few minutes.

 

How many accounts are on the computer? It might have to be done from the administrator account in safe mode.

Theres just one user account, plus admin.
I've tried deleting in safe mode under admin, no luck!

 

If you're using XP, try going in to services.

Start, run and type in services.msc then OK.

Scroll down to vsmon then stop and disable it. (may also be under True Vector)

 

I managed to do it in safe mode. But the problems still there!
When i check my kerio firewall, it says, lockup.zonelabs.
