Dell 15-3521 dead

Hi All,
I have a dell 15-3521 that will not turn on or respond to a good charger. At a glance I cant trace the circuit as some parts of the circuit are below the surface of the board. Does any one have a circuit diagram of the motherbard or a good fully functioning board?

 

Laptop boards are part number specific. Repairing boards on a component level requires some fairly specialized equipment. Have you reseated all the removable components, and removed the CMOS battery for an extended period?

How old is it, and is it still under warranty?

 

Yes I have removed the battery for an extended period and reseated the components. Power goes to the board but nothing happens when I attemp to turn on the unit. It does not charge the battery.
It is not under warranty.
I got the following information from the board:-

The laptop battery, or the CMOS? The CMOS is the small one about the size of a quarter.

 

And on a Dell, it should be under an access panel below the main battery.

 

I removed the cmos for little more than 5 minutes, replaced it, applied power and nothing happened. I removed the battery and plugged in the charger and nothing hppens when I attempted to turn on the unit.
