    Hi

You will need to open up the PC and check the connecting IDE cable and power cables to the Drives ( include the floppy drive as well ), unplug and re-plug in to make sure they are seeted properly, if you have a spare IDE cable that is known to be working fine test with that in the drives.

Also make sure you have no floppy disk in the floppy drive, known at times to cause boot errors.

Enter your BIOS and check the boot order, try changing it so the Hard Drive is the 1st boot device.

Other Failures can be hard to trace as it maybe well be the easier options as I memtioned abpve in just being a cable issue, but could also be a sign of a failed motherboard or drive.

as you first power on F12 will give a list of available boot devices, F2 gets you to setup (the BIOS)
