Dell D820 No Audio (Malware Cause?)

I've had a thread running under Drivers for several days now with the same Title. We've pretty well exhausted all the possible causes that would kill my audio. One of the posters suggested that I run a series of scans and post the results here to be looked over by the malware Guru's.

I have attached 4 scan results and have one additional. But was only allowed 4 attachments initially.

Any assistance appreciated.

This folder is not malware, and neither are any of the subdirectories listed.

Other than some Uniblue related items, there is not any malware present in these logs.
