I have a dell inspiron 530 with a Intel Celeron 450 @ 2.2GHz processor and I wanted to upgrade to a Intel Celeron E3300 Wolfdale 2.5GHz 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor BX80571E3300 and I was wondering if I would be able to use this processor with the motherboard and power supply I have in my inspiron 530. The mother board is 0G679R and I believe it has a 300 watt power supply.

Oem machines have fussy bios', you are best of contacting yior pc manufacturer and asking what upgrades are availible. It is not as simple as picking another socket 775 CPU.
