    Hi!

I have this laptop which came with Windows Vista Home Basic. It came with a recovery partition and EISA configuration partition. The problem is that I can't seem to find a way to restore the original state of the system from the recovery partition. I remember on my previous laptop (Toshiba), there was a DVD that you only have to boot from and everything is done automatically and system is restored. But in Dell I don't know what to do. It also came with a DVD that is labeled (Reinstallation DVD - Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit), which is the same as any other copy of Vista. There's another DVD "Drivers and Utilities"....

Please tell me what I should do because I don't want to do everything from scratch (install Vista then drivers and utilities)

I just need to know how to benefit from this recovery partition it upsets me that I couldn't put it to a use till now. :cry
