Dell Inspiron B1300 High Definition Audio not working

I recently refurbished an old Dell Inspiron B130 laptop for a family member and it has no audio. I tried the drivers from the Dell website and none of them work.

What does Device Manager show for Sound, video and game controllers after you've installed the audio driver?

 

It says:
