Dell Inspiron- power switch replacement

Dell inspiron 6400

The "power on" switch seems to have worn out or slightly broken. The laptop still turns on when the switch is pressed but you need to press it at an angle or hold it down for a second or two. I figured I should sort it out before it ceases to work entirely. I was told that I have to replace the entire panel along with the switch since its one component.

Can I buy the component through dell or another hardware dealer?
Where should i start?
