Can you give some details on your set up.
How do you connect - dial up, cable, DSL, ADSL? Wired Only? Wireless?
Do you have a modem-router combination, separate modem and router, modem only?
What OS - 98, ME, XP, Vista? Are you up to date on these?
    Any other security programs?
What is the exact error message or log?
Have you tried rebooting your entire set up and power it back up in sequence - modem - router - comps?
Does the same thing happen if you boot up into Safe Mode with Networking - In XP, hit F8 key as Windows is booting up then choose that option.
Need some more info to help you.

DOS attacks are normally made against large corporations, not individuals.

I think it is more likely that you have a problem with Panda or one of the many things lbmest mentioned.

Describe the full network etc as requested.

Cable modem with a Linksys router my computer is Wirelessly connected. My OS is a Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. the log does say Denial of Service attack(one time it came up and it was on a UDP port). Ive tried rebooting everything and still the same. we used to use Nortons360 and Spysweeper, but because of panda we cant use either so we only have Panda. i have not tried Safe Mode w/Networking. also i will upload some pictures so you know its a DoS attack.

I really doubt that you are being hit with a DOS attack from a DNS server from Comcast.

If you are having internet troubles, might I suggest a trip to our malware forum, considering the scan screenshot?
