Desktop Calculator

    So the regular Windows calc won't do? You can pin it to the start menu to have it open when you boot (right click on shortcut under Programs> Accessories>calculator), and you can minimise when not in use (it minimises itself if you focus on another window).

    Hi

    What Windows version you using as this opens up new options if you are using Vista or Windows 7 as you can get Calculator Gadgets like these HERE and HERE as options for you, maybe others if you search for Sidebar gadget Calculator.

    Just about the only thing in my life, other than the wife of course, that my computer hasn't replaced is my electronic calculator. It sits just above the mouse mat and is far more convenient to use than any screenbased version.

    Just occasionally the 'old ways' are still the best ;)

    Thanks for some suggestions. And since I got no computer disk I cant add the "features" that come with a computer. Once again thanks for tips.
