I'm looking at some pre-built gaming rigs from CyberTron and iBuyPower on Amazon and am curious about the primary drive configurations on these rigs:

While my Steam/Origin vault and data will go on their own drives, I have almost a full TB of apps and sample libraries for music production on my current C drive.
I am assuming that the smaller SSDs on these systems come pre-loaded with the OS and are configured as the primary C:\ drive. Yet I am unclear about the whether installing apps (i.e. Adobe CC, DAWs, etc) and sample libraries on a second drive (in this case the 3TB HDD) is wise. I've never done this before. Thoughts?
I have built my own rig before but simply don't have the time/patience to do it again. Thanks in advance!

You're welcome - hope it all goes smoothly.

240 GB is a fair amount of space, but 512 is better.

How many games/apps do you have?

Will you be migrating your current OS to the new machine? You can transfer an operating system and it's applications to a new machine from the old one.

How much space does Windows/apps/games currently occupy in your current rig?
