Desktop Hijack Help Please

Well, I have followed all the guidelines from the Read Me First posting here on MajorGeeks.com....installed the suggested software and ran the scans and had the scans remove the identified problems, but I still cannot change my desktop wallpaper. I even deleted the warn.html file in the system 32 subfolder, but now instead of the advertisement on my desktop I have a blank white screen. Please help ;-) I have included my hijack this log file to help out.

 

Okay, I fixed it....seems I should have read the post below from dpurcell. Unchecking the box that was in the customize desktop settings menu replaced the dummy warning page.
