Desktop Hijacker/Backdoor-AWQ

    My computer has been infected, and now my desktop, and all the other desktops on my computer (windows xp) have become blue screens with a warning about malicious spyware and adware on my computer. The properties list has been disabled so I can't change it back. My current virus protection Virus Scan has found several viruses and it's removed all that its found except for one which is a Backdoor-AWQ trojan. We have tried running spyware doctor and Spybot SD to no effect. The computer has slowed to a near crawl and I need help removing this.
