Desktop.html

My desktop background is now white and flashes to a light
grey. Right click/Properties on desktop and only get a
general tab - no options to change anything. It's Been
like this for quite a while. And i was wondering if someone can
Please help me to fix it? I'm going crazy!

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
