Desktop toolbar help

I have a green toolbar program which appears on my desktop when i log on giving links to pharmacy xxx insurance the usual malware stuff anyways the reccomended spyware removers ad aware etc dont pick it up. I had a trojan which i got rid of but cant kill this toolbar.

Cant see anything wrong with hijack this log but im no expert so hopefully someone can help. Thanks

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
