Apparently after fresh install Desktop Window Manager is kinda bugged using up cpu.It Lags the system for no reason at all.

I am not sure what is happening ran virus and malware and found nothing.I have never seen DWM take CPU never in the last 5 years.

Apparently in windows 10 now there is a issue rising with is process going from 1% to 5% up to 100% of cpu usage.Be cause when i am watching a video or online watching movies or what not with web browser it lags.

It's causing issues with games and other stuff

Oh and Services Controller app is all so taking up CPU.

Any have know what is causing this problem.

I am all so seeing NT Kernal & System taking cpu.

Never have i ever seen them do this after a fresh install.

I have seen this on Windows7 in the past - What I tried was using iobit advanced system care sorted it out for me- I don't know why a fresh install should do this, but on rare occasions it did, seemingly to include registry errors, and all sorts.
Worked for me, otherwise it might be worth checking out the hard drive and ram.
