Desperate after 'READ AND RUN ME FIRST'

Hello,

I followed the instructions in the 'Read and run me first' page but still encounter pop ups ...
I tried for 7 days and nights but I'm giving up ....

None of the following programs detects anything suspicious: Microsoft antispyware, Panda software, Norton antivirus, Ad-Aware Se personal, Spybot Search and destroy, Avast ! and online scanners such as Bitdefender and Trend Micro's. Also tried CWShredder.
I have Ccleaner installed.

I still recieve pop ups with links to:

I have attached a HiJack log, which was run after a 'normal boot' and only ONE AV program installed (avast !).

Could you please help me ?

Tried an other scanner ....

- Download, install and update Spy Sweeper Run it once while you are in normal boot mode.

- The boot in safe mode from and run SpySweeper one more time.

Now reboot in normal mode.

Save and attach the logs from both runs also attach a fresh HJT log from normal mode.
