Desperate for HELP :(

I'm sorry I don't know where to post this and I posted in games and got nowhere so I'm hoping someone in here can help...I'll warn you now this is gonna be long so grab a beer or coffee and your smokes and relax while you read all this (lol)...

On Fri. I deleted my FB (and I know you cant delete your facebook blah blah without never ever going back into it) and I followed the directions and typed the strange words in the little box and got the email only I didn't open it I just deleted it figuring it was just saying I could come back when ever I wanted...so after I did that I shut off my Iphone as well...I was completely internet free and phone free for an entire day...it was for personal reasons only so on Sat. morn I turned on the laptop and reinstalled my facebook and from there is when the trouble began. I couldn't post anything it wouldn't let me I'd get a pop up can't recall what it said...I can't send messages either I also get a pop up telling me so...it was as if I was invisible and noone knew I even existed...Now you may be thinking I was hacked but I had my FB locked down so good that I seriously doubt that...everything was basically private...noone could see my email or my number or send me a message unless you were a friend...I can't even change any of the settings as I was trying to delete my phone and it won't let me do that...down in the bottom right corner where the chat would be there's a little yellow triangle with a yellow ! saying disabled...

Now we get to my iPhone...its the 4s...I turn it on also and go to my fb and it says "session expired"...after picking my jaw off the floor I'm totally confused and now I'm getting all flustered cuz an addict needs their fb to play their games and their iphone to read their messages while their playing their games on the laptop...of which now I can't do either. So Sat. goes on and its now midnite and for no reason at all I turn my wifi off...why I have no clue I just did...well I go to see if I can get into fb and low-n-behold I got in my fb...now I'm more confused cuz I always had my wifi on and got on my fb before so turning it off made no sense to me at all...So now my eyes are sleepy and I figure maybe fb will be fixed by morning and I can get back to normal and be done with all this...NOPE its all messed up and I have no clue at all what I did if I did anything at all.

All I know is that I deleted my fb on fri and I didn't open that email I deleted it...and all I can think is that in that email is the link I needed to reinstall my fb...and I have no way to get in touch with fb at all...so I'm hoping that you wizards can possibly help me here and get me back up and running...lol So there ya have it...hope anyone can help :major

 

What do you mean reinstall your facebook? All you do is goto facebook.com in a browser, and sign in with your email/password and there it is.
