destination folder problem

    So after never having a problem with downloading programs and saving them to any folder I pick, I try to download a game from reflexive.com, a site i go to all the time and I get at the end of the download destination folder access denied.This has never happened before to any download, also happens at other sites now too. I am running vista sp2. Has a setting changed without my knowing it?
