Device Driver Conflict Help Please!

Ok... Here goes...

My Problem is a long one... I've had all my games crash whenever I play them, sometimes within 30 seconds, sometimes within 7mins, never can play longer than that. I get a LOT of random reboots whenever I do anything remotely graphics intensive. Many that tell me when I reboot that my system has recovered from a serious error. I have had someone flash the bios, reinstall windows, the motherboard, etc. My entire pc. We thought it was a graphics card problem after doing all of this. So I got a new NVidea GE Force FX 5500 256mb 8/4 card. Installed it, updated the drivers to the 66.93 win2k/xp drivers from the Nvidea site. Have reinstalled and updated this 2 or three times.
I've run norton, spybot, adaware, etc, nothing comes up at all. I went into windows help and support and looked at my error log... Here is what it says for the last 24hrs...I've cut and pasted it into a wordpad file and attached it as an attachment. The other thing that I have considered doing (and am going to do wednesday) is buying a new power supply... I'd like to avoid this if possible. Can anyone make some sense of this error log and let me know what I have to do to fix the problem please!? /beg
