    Hi

Can you tell us what Windows Version and Service Pack you are using?

In Device Manager what devices have yellow ! marks next to them?

If your PC is one from the likes of DELL, HP, Sony, etc what is the Make and model variant as this will assist us if we need drivers?

If your PC is a home or custom build what is the motherboard make and version?

If you don't know the version of PC or motherboard run the below as written.

Its very likely you need to install the Chipset driver for your PC make model/Motherboard and reboot and then see if the device is working as this one is an internet device driver.

You could try this HERE if all your drivers are ok and installed, with no yellow ! marks in Device Manager.

BUT it is a bit of a crap shoot, without a lot of the info that will be gleaned from the above questions, but we will figure it out for you.
