"device Drivers Not Found"

I've been having major issues with both my bluetooth mouse, and my Samsung Galaxy S5, as far as being able to or stay connected to my laptop (Dell XPS 15).

I'm running Windows 7, and usually don't have any problems. However, with the mouse (Logitech M557) , it keeps just randomly disconnecting, forcing me to reinstall it as though it never existed in the first place. Only message I get about it is that the driver can't be found.
Same thing with the phone, but this is the first time it's happened. It showed a troubleshoot message, so when I ran it, it stated the device drivers weren't found.

I've contacted both Logitech and Samsung, and they each said that it wasn't on their end, but that it had to be my computer, as they don't have drivers to just randomly upload. So now, I've got a mouse that mostly works, but a new phone that won't connect due to this driver issue. I've tried looking everywhere, and am unable to find these drivers! I use ASCU 8 and Iobit for running scans, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated! It looks like Tweakbit might be able to help, but (deleted)

    THANKS!!

    Sorry about that...my bad.
BTW, I followed the instructions, and STILL got a message that the three drivers weren't found! Also, the drivers for my Logitech M557 mouse keep mysteriously disappearing, causing me to have to keep uninstalling and re-installing the device. Also, I noted that the driver link was from 12/4/14...I'd think there would be more recent updates...? Capture.JPG

You must get the drivers for your bluetooth mouse from Logitech.
Can you upload a screenshot of the missing phone drivers?

There's nothing in your last post about the phone.

Okay, I guess I'm just assuming it's the phone as this only happens when I plug it into my laptop and want to open, send or receive files. There wasn't any other device that I was trying to connect at the time, soooo.......? I know it's a pretty vague message, but that's all I get.
Nothing says "Samsung S5" or anything, just that the mysterious bluetooth drivers can't be found. Could there be another reason for this message?
    Thanks~

    1. The image in post #3, is that what you see when you plug your phone into the laptop?

    2. Download DriverEasy.

Click Scan Now, click the Download button at the top (nothing will download), take a screenshot and post it.

    found a thread
So that explains perhaps why the bluetooth driver screen appears.

Here is the thread, sorry it is from 2014, I searched for threads 1 year and newer but this came up
    http://androidforums.com/threads/s5-to-pc-connection-problem.858092/

look at the bottom of page 4 of the 5 page thread and see if that helps.

I don't know who your carrier is but here is the verizon forum for Galaxy S5
    https://community.verizonwireless.com/community/droid/samsung-galaxy-s5
You could ask a question os perhaps read how problems were solved.

plodr, thank you for the info. I do not have Smart Switch.

Eldon, apparently, I'm missing a lot of drivers besides the ones for the mouse and phone. I downloaded only the ones for the mouse, however, now I'm getting this. I am not sure if I should download the others...what good are they if I can't install them?
Thanks, Kyote Missing driver .EXE file screenshot.jpg

...that's where the problem lies. I did, yet an .exe file to actually install it didn't exist at all in the download. So, I'd love to do it myself, but can't :(

The file that downloaded is a zip archive. You need to extract the files from the archive, and then click the .exe file.

I had exactly to the tee the same problem and it's a virus that malware cannot locate. At first drive could not be found for Bluetooth, then it progressed to uninstalling all my drives and then it flooded my hard drive with data files. This happened to both my android Cell and my Windows laptop, did a system restore and still there and no malware program can see it. Also if u notice flashes on a pic or file u are dragging is another sign but won't show until progression has focused. I will repost error codes that u migt5see 1st a later point in time. Hopefully this is not your problem but it sure sounds like it.
