Running Windows XP Home SP2, No malware on the system found from thorough scans... When I open device manager it is totally empty. The mouse pointer isn't an hour glass either so it's not like it's just stuck loading the info. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance...

Thanks...Issue was resolved by turning services back on that had been turned off.
