   I have been trying the steps listed to remove the DHL package email virus, but I can't get my computer to allow me to use C:\MGtools\analyse.exe. When I try to open a command prompt, the virus tells me the file is corrupt and then it closes. Then the freak'n malware pops up! It's driving me crazy. I went through the steps listed in READ ME FIRST (at least I think I did). Any ideas on what to do next?

   Do you have any of the logs? MGTools.exe should have given you a log at C:\MGLogs.zip. Attach what logs you have. ( You can change .exe to .com if you need to. )
