Diagnostic Disc

I purchased a HP desktop computer about a month ago and received a pop up screen that said to make a backup CD for my computer system and a diagnostic disc to help with problems. I was able to make the system backup but cannot find out where and how to make the diagnostic disc. I have been online to hp but I was unable to find out how to make the disc. I tried the store I purchased the computer from and they said, they didn't do that service. Is there a way to make the disc that was suggested by the manufacturer? Thank you,
