   I had an Android Tablet and I got the Dialer from the Apps Store.
   
   So I could make Phone call right from my Tablet and it would go throu the Router and over the InterNet.
   
   I am going to get an RCA Win 10 Tablet.
   Does it come with a Dialer Built in?
   
   And if not can I get one from the MS Store?
