    Hi, I have a problem with Zlob.ol
    Spybot detects and removes it but it reappears.now it when I run Spybot
    the computer shutsdown half way through the search which must be some kind of spyware defence mechanism. I also use Avast antivirus and this is detecting quite a few virus' now.
    I have a acer XP laptop and need to sort it out.
    I have downloaded the smithfraud fix to my desktop but accidently closed the window wih the following instructions and can't seem to find them again
    I will also attach a report. I am novice with all this.

    As you likely already know is that malware is a massive pest these days and does its level best to hide itself in any number of places, So just a single log will not show all the malware that can be on your PC, the full guide of our steps below has a few other logs that show alot of the malware on your PC and where they are located,


    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    Hi, First many thanks for your help.
    I have gone through the procedures you recommend and have run smithfraud in
    safemode.Attached is a report.
    I will now run spybot and see if the computer is clea.

    Hi I have donwloaded the programs as requested and went through the scan with SuperAntiSpyware then moved onto Spybot following instructions but two thirds of the way through the scan the comptuer cut off.
    Attached is the results of the SAS scan,
    Should I try again????:wave

    Don't worry about Spybot. But you need to finish running the other tools and attach the two other logs that are requested from ComboFix and MGtools.
