Did I place my post in the wrong place?

I could really use some help, I had hoped to order my laptop this morning but nobody has answered my question.

Did I break some majorgeeks.com etiquette that I am unaware of?

Also when making requests you need to allow a couple of days to get help or a reply as everyone here is a volunteer and sometimes everyone is busy with their real life lol
Often it is quicker but not guaranteed

The only place that thread bumping is not good is malware, as they work from oldest to newest. As long as your not excessive with it in other areas bumping is probably ok.

 

My sentiments exactly, when it comes to laptops, only those who know what's what and actually have tried or own the laptop they are recomending can be accurate. The rest of us have to base opinions on reviews and knowledge of how good the individual parts are, but as David said, laptops are a realm of their own.
