different kinds of viruses

I'm in need of serious help. I've got the virus autorun.inf and other viruses named kxvo.exe and w00g.exe . I had one of these in my USB's so when I plugged it in my computer:

yahoo messenger crashed and stopped working.
PSP encountered problems too.
ipod featured the sad face icon.
"show hidden files and folders" option disabled.

I tried a lot of solutions. I tried changing the registry keys for the show hidden files and folders option, I tried applications like nortron, AVG free, nod32, and now i'm using kaspersky.
For my kaspersky, it found 73 viruses in my computer and all were deleted, but when I plugged one of my USB's, kaspersky can't delete the file w00g.exe
I also tried deleting the autorun.inf with the use of command prompt but when I delete it, it somewhat comes back to my computer
As of now, I'm on kaspersky, my yahoo messenger is up and running, but my "show hidden files and folders" option is still unusable and whenever I click on my hard drives, it asks me to open with what program?
