digeste.dll

while browsing, somehow this one got in on my pc:

digeste.dll

every time i get a window saying this is not a valid file.

how harmful is this and how to remove it safely and without following any complicated procedure.

is there any freeware for this.

i have got the following file on my pc while browsing:

msauc.exe

Incidentally, i got this file at the same time that i go another one called digeste.dll about which i posted a thread earlier before i discovered msauc.exe.

both are being shown up in my virus programme avira but delete or move to quarantine instructions dont work. i hhave to be content with 'deny access' instruction.

i understand that is a trojan with elevated risk.

how do i remove this safely. is there a freeware that can do it.

is there an easy way to remove

somehow, without doing anything, the digeste.dll file is no longer there.

only msauc.exe is there along with another one called shell31.exe and a txt. file called wiaserviv with some gibberish. all these are around the time that digeste.dll got in initially.
