Hi all. Well it looks like I'm at it again.

Looking for a point and shoot digital camera that is easy to use.

Prefer to stay under or around $150.

    Hi

If it was my cash then Nikon would win, great lenses, which do make or break a camera in quality.

Halo, I actually went a little off course and just bought a Nikon L22.

I bought my daughter a Nikon S210 last year and she loves it. The downside is that if she forgets to charge the battery, she's out of luck.

I'm still a fan of AA batteries. I purchased 4 Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable batteries, due to the raving reviews.
Even if they go dead while out, I can still pick up a couple of AA just about anywhere.

I probably should have mentioned my preference for AA when asking for suggestions.

As always, thanks for the guidance.

I'd suggest Kodak as they take great photos. I have the Easy Share DX-4530 and I am very pleased with the quality. It is a 5.0 MP. I got mine used but in very good condition. It had a 128k SD Card with a max of 7 minutes video and 356 good quality (1.3 MP) photos.

Just recently added a 2.0 MB SD Card. Now I have a capacity for 4,778 photos in good quality (1.3 MP for e-mailing on dial-up). Over 2,000 photos at maximum quality (5.0 MP). And over 80 minutes of video recording.

I was told that this camera use to sell for over $400 when it first came out. :eek

I received the camera today. I'll have to wait until the weekend to take it out for a test drive though.
I'll post back what I think of it. Thanks to all.

Neat and yes please do also if you can attach a few 800x600 resized sample images from the camera, would be good too, but even your honest opinions on its look and functions would be great,

    Cheers.
