Digital Sending Problem

My genius boss' brother told him that he could install Microsoft Security Essentials since his Norton 360 is about to expire in 2 days.

He un-installed Norton and installed MSE and it seems to have caused a problem with the digital sending software (Argosoft). We're getting an e-mail gateway not responding message on the printer. I've tried starting and stopping the digital sending software, but I'm getting nothing.

Someone please help me fix this. This is a law office and as you can imagine we scan in tons of documents a day. E-Faxing is too much of a headache, please help!!! lol.

 

Uninstall MSE, then run the Norton removal tool twice;

Then install and run cCleaner.

Then try MSE again. But I know nothing about Argosoft. Does the software run okay before you reinstall MSE? :wave:wave:wave
