   Hello,
   
   New to Major Geeks. Having same issue as other posts with Dio Cleaner. It is on my daughter's pc. I have downloaded the recommended programs (combofix, SpyBot, AVG, MGtools) to a jump drive. Before I get started on the Read & Run Me, should I go into safe mode on the infected computer to perform all the steps?
