Direct 9 removal

    Now I know this seems strange but I want to remove Direct 9 and put in direct 8.1

    I will then reinstall 9.0b

    Its something I want to try to eliminate a Graphic Card Prob

    Microsoft say you cannot go back to previous versions of DirectX but you could always use System Restore... :)

    Not true

    I have looked at MG downloads and there is a utility to do it

    Gonna give it a go right now

    I didnt say it wasnt possible, i was just saying that Microsoft say you cant.

    There's a program DirectX Eradicator that removes any version of Directx and works for any version of Windows (I'm not sure about XP)!
