Directx9 Interface Not Work

    HELP: my directx 9 interface wont work i have run dxdiag
    have updated my dx9 and updated the ATI drivers i dont no were 2 go now DO I NEED A NEW VID CARD OR IS IT A SOFTWEAR PROBLEM :confused:

    That error
    will happen if NO is clicked after your prompted to click yes/no to seeing the spinning cube.... do you not see the spinning DX cube when testing DX9 D3D settings out?

    you could uninstall the Ati drivers using add/remove then use this to clear any old files or lefts overs out http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3214

    then install in this order ...

    Intel Chipset Drivers ( motherboard drivers )
    DX9c
    Ati drivers ( latest available )

    then run tests again.
