Ahh man to bad they couldn't take a screen shot of the temps. However that is really bad. How did the pc survive?

The first 2 pics are of a Dell Dimension 3000, my computer. My dad has that too. And it looked worse until i cleaned it. There was actually a spider web, not a cobweb, a spider web.

I've heard of people doing that, don't think I would, even though I don't use the heating element at the bottom to dry, the water alone has melted some things even on the top rack.

 

I used to date a guy who put his keyboard in the dishwasher all the time, no issues. LOL

This thread made me realize before I take my desktop to my friend to fix it I need to do some serious dusting, though. :-o Apparently I've been stopping at the monitor for quite some time. LOL

 

Hmmm - I got an email to say that Kestrel13! had replied to the original post. No sign of that comment now.
