Disable Dial-in on Routing and remote Access

Alright, I have a win2kAdvSvr and i use it to VPN into my network from elsewere... and have been for a while. Well, I just recently have run into a problem...

I installed a modem in the server, a v.92.. so I could use a caller ID program that tells the rest of the computers in the house who is calling (server program on the server connects to defined clients apon phone ring and sends the caller ID information)..

But the caller ID program doesn't accually pick up the phone, which is what I want... but the problem is the R&RA server DOES pick up the phone and tries to make a dial-in connection with the caller... who could very well be my grandmother inviting me to dinner... so you see my problem? I need to disable dial-in all together, i want the R&RA server to ignore the modem completely and have no idea how to do it. Thanks.
