Disable Malwarebytes

I am in the process of removing an infection and have downloaded the current version of Malwarebytes from your sight. Thank you.
My problem is that I have other programs that I need to run but I need to disable Malwarebytes; the newer version of MBAM no longer has any way for me to disable its protection so I am unable to continue with what I am doing without uninstalling it.
I did watch your video tutorial of the new MBAM but there was nothing about disabling MBAM nor did I see any options on its 'Protection' page in your video for disabling it, only for upgrading the program.
Can you help me disable the program temporarily?

 

That is what I did. I had to uninstall MBAM and Spybot S&D (New version) because the latest versions do not come with a way to disable them.

I will down load CodeStuffStarter and next time un-check MBAM (and Spybot S&D) from Start-up.

 

It is a startup manager for Microsoft windows.
It allows me to view and manage all the programs that are starting automatically whenever the operating system is loading. It shows all the hidden registry entries, startup folders' items and some of the initialization files, so that I can choose to temporarily disable selected entries, edit them, create new, or delete them permanently.
