Disable Messenger Service...?

I tryed to disable the massenger service But it tells me that i can't from local pc. What can i do to disable it?

Goto to start then run then type cmd and push enter. From there type net stop messenger, Then go start then run the type services.msc and right click on messenger and disable that service.
