   My C drive is set to 'share this folder' but i want to disable this permanently. It keeps coming back to 'share this folder' after rebooting. How do I solve this problem?

   go into the properties, sharing tab, and unckeck the box. hit apply then ok. if it goes back to shared after restarting after you do that, i dunno.
